Hale Media: Granite Sponsor

It's been just over eight years since San Diego Pix (SDPIX) was launched by publisher Johnathan Hale (Hale Media Inc). “Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that SDPIX would become what it is today,” says Hale. Back in 2002, Hale's vision was simple: to create a website where people could view photos taken of them while they were out and about, and order prints of those photos, with the knowledge that 100% of the proceeds would be donated to charity.     Stepping Stone

hosted by Councilmember Carl DeMaio (r) and Publisher Johnathan Hale (l) (pictured here)

Due to recent federal and county budget cuts affecting social services, Stepping Stone of San Diego, Inc. is in immediate need of funding in order to offer its life saving residential and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs in the future. In response  to the decrease of funding streams, Stepping Stone has downsized its administrative staff and moved its offices into the residential facility on 3767 Central Ave. While the organization is in the process of identifying long term funding, a Membership Drive has been launched and benefits planned.

District 5 Councilmember Carl DeMaio and SDGLN Publisher Johnathan Hale will host a BBQ at their home on Sunday, August 22, from 2-6 p.m.

All proceeds of the event will be donated to the services of Stepping Stone. Please make your donation and you will receive the location of the event.

Thank you so much for your support.
