The pandemic and resulting restrictions have been hard for everyone and people trying to get sober have been no exception. Addiction is a disease of isolation. Guidelines about social distancing and avoiding gatherings have exacerbated feelings of loneliness for many. An already difficult task may seem downright impossible right now.
If you or someone you love is struggling to get or stay sober right now, the Stepping Out Outpatient program can help. Stepping Out offers help for people who are trying to get sober, but don’t need or can’t do inpatient rehab. Since we opened in 2018, our philosophy has been to meet people where they are in recovery. Now, we mean that pretty much literally. You can still come to our physical location in North Park, but if you can’t we have other options for connecting. You can participate in groups or get one-on-one help via video chat and we can talk to you over the phone as well.

- Monday and Wednesday – 10:00 am-6:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday – Noon – 8:00 pm
- Friday – 10:00 am-2:00pm
- Saturday – 9:30 am -12:30 pm
