Stepping Out is Going Online
Many of us are going through a lot of changes these past few weeks and meeting these changes can have it challenges.
At Stepping Stone outpatient we have been committed to providing support to those who are in our care or may be looking for help. We have been working with San Diego County health resources and following recommendations to assure safety of our clients and staff. As the COVID-19 emergency progresses we need to respond in a way that will support the clients we work with, the organization we work for, and the world we live in.
In light of this, starting at noon today, Wednesday, March 18, all outpatient meetings will be conducted online, and we are working with individuals to establish meetings with their counselors and therapist online. We are using a HIPPA-compliant web-based application for meetings and will be emailing out specifics regarding the schedule of those meetings
Please know that we are open to any suggestions you may have as we develop a new system to deliver care. As we implement this, please be sure to let us know how we are doing and if we are meeting your needs. Our methods to support you may be changing, but more than ever we want you to know you are not alone.
