Director, Poway Unified School District

Dr. Rebecca Lee is the Director of the Personnel Commission for the Poway Unified School District, bringing over 15 years of HR experience in K-12 and community colleges, specializing in classification, compensation, recruitment, and compliance. She previously worked at USC, focusing on student engagement and campus climate. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from USC, a Master’s in Public Administration from CSU Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from UC San Diego, she is deeply committed to community engagement and advocacy. She volunteers with the American Red Cross, the San Diego LGBT Center, and Volunteer with Cheli.
