Teresa Oyos has a long and distinguished career dedicated to supporting the community through sobriety and substance abuse recovery. With an early career as a graphic artist, Teresa transitioned into the substance abuse field, where she has made a significant impact for many years. She retired from UCSD HIV Neurobehavioral Research, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to her role.

Teresa has been involved with Stepping Stone of San Diego for decades, contributing her expertise and passion to the organization. A longtime AA volunteer, she is dedicated to supporting the community through sobriety sponsoring. Teresa holds a degree from San Diego State University and continues to be a steadfast advocate for those in recovery.
